Main Supply OFF karo
Installation shuru karne se pehle ghar ka WAPDA main breaker off karo aur lock/tag karo. Battery terminals bhi cover rakho. Dry gloves aur safety glasses pehno.

L2 Structure Assemble karo
L-section rails, vertical legs aur cross bracing assemble karo. Roof anchors ke liye RCC mein M10 rawl bolts drill karo. Rubber gasket lagao taake paani ander na aye. Structure ko earth wire se connect karo.

Panels Mount karo
Panels ko structure par rakh kar mid-clamps aur end-clamps se secure karo. Tilt angle 25–30° rakho. Har panel ke frame ko structure se earth karo (green wire). Panels ko abhi connect na karo — pehle complete wiring check kar lo.

String Wiring (DC) — Panel to Inverter
12 panels ko 2 strings mein wire karo: String 1 = 6 panels series (+ to – daisy chain), String 2 = 6 panels series. Each string voltage approx. 6 × 49.9V = 299V DC. MC4 connectors use karo. String wire (6mm² red/black) conduit mein daal kar roof se inverter location tak lao. DC circuit breaker/fuse (32A) laga do.

Battery Connection
Crown lithium battery ko inverter ke BATTERY terminals se connect karo. 25mm² copper cable use karo — Red (+) aur Black (–). Battery BMS communication cable (RS485 ya CAN) inverter ke communication port mein lagao. Battery ka maximum distance inverter se 2 meter rakho.

AC Grid Connection
Inverter ke AC-IN port ko WAPDA grid se connect karo (4mm² wire, through AC breaker). Inverter ke AC-OUT port ko ghar ke DB board se connect karo. Bypass switch bhi lagao taake agar inverter fail ho to direct WAPDA supply mil sake.

Earthing / Grounding
AC Earthing: DB board earth bar se inverter earth terminal tak (4mm² green-yellow wire). DC Earthing: Panel frames + L2 structure se earth rod tak (6mm² green wire). Earth rod (copper-clad 1.8m) zameen mein gaad do aur resistance <10 ohm check karo.

Daytime Operation
“Solar First” mode mein panels seedha load chalate hain. Extra solar energy battery charge karti hai. Grid se bijli sirf tab leti hai jab solar + battery kaafi na ho.

Load Shedding
Grid jaate hi inverter automatically battery + solar par switch ho jata hai. 20ms se kam transition time hai — appliances band nahin honge. Battery 80% DoD tak use hogi.

Night Time
Raat ko battery se backup milta hai. Battery discharge hone par grid se supply automatically shuru hoti hai. Morning mein panels phir battery charge karte hain.

Battery Care
LiFePO4 battery ko 100% discharge na karo. 20% se upar rakho. Garam jagah (50°C+) par na rakho. BMS automatically protect karta hai — manually battery disconnect karne ki zarurat nahin.
