1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Pakistan Solar Traders for purchases, services, or website use, you agree to these legally binding terms.
2. Products & Services

Solar systems, components, and installations are provided as described in quotations/invoices.

Performance estimates (e.g., energy savings) are approximate and depend on environmental factors.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in PKR unless stated otherwise.

Advance payment is required before project initiation.

Balance payment is due upon completion, before system handover.
4. Installation & Warranty

Installation timeline depends on site readiness and weather conditions.

Equipment warranties are provided by manufacturers; PST facilitates claims.

Workmanship warranty: 30 years
5. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation fees apply if work has commenced.

Refunds for undelivered goods/services are processed within 14 business days.
6. Liability Limitations

PST is not liable for:

Acts of God (floods, earthquakes, etc.).

Third-party damages (e.g., grid failures, theft post-installation).

7. Net Metering & Legal Compliance

Clients are responsible for net metering approvals and documentation; PST provides guidance only.

Non-compliance with local laws (e.g., NEPRA regulations) voids support.
8. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or Karachi/Lahore courts (as applicable).
9. Amendments
PST reserves the right to update these terms; changes are effective upon website posting.
